*Kevin Yon will be sharing his story of how he started with 100 head of Angus females in 1996 and now they have grown to 1,200 head of registered brood cows and 590 commercial cows and how their operation supports his family who all work on the farm.
*Dr. Dan Undersander, Professor Emeritus from University of Wisconsin, with over 40 years working in the industry, who is known internationally for his expertise in making quality hay, baleage and silage as well as modifying and adjusting equipment to optimize the forage harvesting process will be here to talk about making quality hay and balege in support of your grazing system.
